Your new company
We are currently recruiting a Housing and Customer Service Coordinator to work across 2-3 retirement living schemes based in Blackburn.
Your new role
You will work within a retirement living scheme for age 55+. You will be responsible for all aspects of housing management, including tenancy enforcement, allocations and lettings, health and safety and ensuring the wellbeing and safeguarding of all customers is effectively managed.
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday 9-5pm. This is an on-site role, and you will work between two sites, one based in Great Hardswood, the other in Accrington and you will be expected to cover other schemes within the Blackburn area as and when required. You would ideally need access to a vehicle as you will be required to drive between sites.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have knowledge of housing management legislation, experience of delivering excellent customer service and experience of working in a high-performing team, achieving targets whilst delivering outstanding services.
You will be a highly motivated, organised individual who has good attention to detail and is able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
