Power Platform Coordinator

Fixed Term Contract until 31 July 2027

Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £25,117 to £26,485 per annum, with potential progression up to £29,370 per annum

Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire

We welcome applications from digital specialists to join our newly established Process Automation and Improvement Team – driving smarter, more efficient ways of working across the University.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those early in their digital career, but you’ll need to be passionate to learn and determined to deliver practical solutions for Cranfield.

About the Role
The postholder will support the Team to deliver a variety of digital projects that will streamline processes, improve collaboration, and make effective use of technology to support day-to-day operations.

The postholder will be supported to develop their skills in a variety of areas, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and software testing. The role will also include opportunities to develop expertise in software support, business process analysis, and project delivery frameworks.

The role will be responsible for supporting Team colleagues to develop, manage and support Power Platform solutions and related technologies.

About You
You will be a technically focused professional with a strong foundation in IT and a commitment to continuous professional development. You will be strongly motivated to use technology to improve organisation efficiency and innovation. This will be coupled with some hands-on experience of software development, ideally using the Microsoft Power Platform, but other experience will be considered.

You will thrive in an environment where there are opportunities to learn and develop while being supported by colleagues and also on your own, following self-paced training programmes. You will be tenacious to solve problems and provide excellent support for our stakeholders.

Your collaborative style, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand stakeholder requirements will make you a valued member of the Team.
