Role Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Salary: £15,004 - £17,862 (£25,006.80 pro rata)
Hours: 21 – 25 hours per week
Location: Campus. London Road, Derby

In order to help maximise our impact, we are seeking a team player to join us as an accounts payable clerk, playing an important role in the provision of accounting services within our organisation.
This busy role will involve full management of the purchase process, from setting up new supplier accounts, liaising with colleagues to get approval, input onto our accounting system and completing payment runs, while resolving any queries along the way.

Requirements
1+ years working as part of a finance team
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
Confident communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage preferably (not essential)
Team Player, positive attitude, happy to support wider team when needed.
The appointment is subject to YMCA Derbyshire receiving two satisfactory references, an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and a six-month probationary period.
