We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring strategic and tactical alignment across all aspects of the contract.

This role is critical to maintaining a sustainable, successful, and long-term relationship, while driving operational excellence and innovation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of both Hard FM and Soft FM services, ensuring contractual obligations are met and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Experience within a Mental Health Hospital environment would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the focal point for client interactions, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Drive operational development of integrated FM solutions across the account.

Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan, involving key stakeholders.

Propose and manage a pipeline of innovative propositions to enhance service delivery.

Ensure excellence in service delivery for both Hard and Soft FM services in line with contractual requirements.

Manage staffing, competence development, and resource-performance balance across the account.

Analyse and consolidate monthly financial results, implementing performance improvement initiatives.

Identify, map, and mitigate operational and commercial risks to optimise profitability.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in Hard FM and Soft FM service delivery.

Strong background in managing large-scale contracts and client relationships.

Experience working within a Mental Health Hospital environment (ideal).

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong financial acumen and ability to analyse performance metrics.

Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
