Job Title: Site HR Manager
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Salary: £60,000 - £67,000 FTE
Hours: Part Time – 22hours per week
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a leadership role?
We’re looking for a Part Time Site HR Manager to join this senior team and lead HR operations at a key site. This is a standalone position where you’ll combine strategic input with hands-on delivery. Ideally this candidate will work 22 hours per week over 3 days.
About the Employer
This is a global organisation recognised for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
With a strong focus on professional development and continuous improvement, it offers opportunities to grow while contributing to a company that values integrity, teamwork, and positive impact on communities and the environment.
What’s on Offer:
• Competitive salary package
• Annual Bonus
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
As part time Site HR Manager, you’ll partner with the site leadership team to align HR practices with business goals, drive engagement, and ensure compliance. You’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, including union engagement. You’ll also champion talent development and succession planning while promoting a positive, inclusive culture.
The part time Site HR Manager role is site-based with occasional travel. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining a safe working environment and supporting organisational change initiatives.
About You:
You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting.
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) is essential, along with knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in unionised environments and handling complex ER matters is key.
• You’ll be resilient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
We’re committed to promoting inclusive opportunities. If you’re excited about this HRM role but don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply — your unique perspective could be exactly what they’re looking for.
