As our Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in building confident, skilled teams who deliver exceptional support. Your work will ensure colleagues stay compliant with Ofsted, CQC, Housing Regulator and sector standards while feeling empowered and valued.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience designing and delivering internal training programmes that build core skills and leadership capability.
• Connects easily with diverse audiences and delivers training in a warm, engaging, and approachable style.
• Brings a genuine passion for helping others grow and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
