Responsibilities

Mentor and support junior practitioners, providing guidance and professional development.
Develop and implement best practices in service delivery and client engagement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service coordination.
Conduct assessments to identify client needs and tailor services accordingly.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions.
Participate in strategic planning to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a senior practitioner role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in service delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Proven ability to manage and mentor staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
Experience in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
A relevant professional qualification or certification in the field.

Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
