We are looking for: Has a good understanding of effective SEND practices and is prepared to reflect and develop;Is caring, patient and self-motivated;Has high expectations and works to ensure that all children can succeed in their learning:Has a passion for education and children;Enjoys being a team player;Has a great sense of humour!
