Crynodeb
Design and conduct an audit or QI project, with the aim of publication/presentation locally and nationally, and to participate in on-going departmental research. Gain experience in service development and writing clinical guidelines. Contribute to the trauma governance process including case review and morbidity & mortality meetings. Though the on-call component may vary to reflect the service provision needs, the post holder will gain experience supervising and supporting colleagues in elective and emergency work.
