Personal Assistant Required-Leyland area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a gentleman within his own home and within the local community.
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with all aspects of daily life, including personal care including Stoma care, taking medication, food preparation, domestic support and mobility. This gentleman is a wheel chair user in the community.
We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.
Previous experience in care, in particular Stoma care is essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential, as is excellent hygiene standards. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required and you must be eligible to drive a mobility car.
This is a part time position for 11.5 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.50 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
