We are seeking outstanding candidates with extensive experience supporting pupils with additional needs in school settings. This is a rewarding yet demanding role that requires commitment, compassion, and proven expertise.

Key Requirements

Professional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support
• Demonstrable experience working with children who have additional needs
• Ability to adapt and provide tailored support across a range of needs, including:

ADHD
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Global Developmental Delay
Speech & Language difficulties
Emotional and physical needs

The Role

As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to thrive in their educational environment. This is not a role to be taken lightly—it requires full dedication to both the child and the school community.

• Work primarily within mainstream primary schools
• Provide support on a 1:1 basis or within a specialist unit attached to a mainstream school
• Focus on building strong, positive relationships with pupils, helping them feel included in school life and supporting their adjustment to the school day
