Crynodeb
We are looking for highly driven Quality Inspectors to come join the FormelD Vehicle Manufacturing team and support us on delivering the best at the customer sites. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
· Reporting to the Shift Leader
· Working on high end vehicles and or vehicle components
· Responsible for conducting physical checks and inspections of incoming parts and components
· Conducting reworking activities
· Reporting all issues and non-conformances
· Conducting general warehousing support
· Supporting the team by being proactive
· Support to the production team to meet deadlines and schedules
· Maintaining a clean and safe working Environment
· Working in accordance to the site health and safety regulations
Requirements:
· Experienced working in the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing
· Experienced in conducting all areas of the vehicle inspections
. Experienced in working with the headliners checking for contamination, excess glue, missing material, loose modules, faulty connections and material lipping
· Experienced in conducting reworking activities
· High level of attention to detail
· An interest in and knowledge of automotive systems and assembly process
· Strong problem solving and lateral thinking skills.
· Positive can-do attitude to succeed and continually improve
· Resilient, optimistic and open to change and develop
· Extremely organised and Proactive
· Good oral & verbal communication skills
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Team Player. Working coherently with other team members to deliver to the highest standards
· Enthusiastic & passionate about what you do and our products - Striving to go the extra mile.
· Must have safety footwear and workwear
· Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
· Own Vehicle
· RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIPS)
