Closing date: 5th Janaury 2026Interview date: 9th January 2026Start date: ASAPWe are looking to appoint an experienced and level 2 or level 3 Teaching Assistant to Support a SEN child and join our friendly and hardworking team. This is initially a fixed term contract until Aug 2026 and may extend in hours and months depending on funding.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who is:
• able to manage the academic demands of the primary curriculum, but has experience of working with SEN children 1 to 1 or children
• happy to meet the medical needs of the 1 to 1 child in care (physio, changing and feeding);
• well organised, with high expectations of pupil attainment and progress;
• adaptable, flexible and enthusiastic;
• able to show initiative
• able to work collaboratively with all members of the school community - in particular the class teachers.
