Vehicle Technician

Monday to Friday – No Weekends!

This independent workshop offers a standout package for an experienced Technician — a strong basic salary, a consistently achievable monthly efficiency bonus, and no weekend work at all. It’s a stable, well-respected business with a loyal customer base and a team known for high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles
• Handle in-depth mechanical repairs independently
• Perform diagnostics to a competent and confident level
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety
• Support workshop productivity and workflow
Requirements
• Broad all-round mechanical experience
• Strong capability with in-depth repairs and general service work
• Confident diagnostic ability (not required to be a master tech)
• Professional, reliable, and quality-focused
• Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
• Basic salary up to £52,000
• Efficiency bonus paid monthly (technicians earned £10,000-£12,000 last year)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 with a 1-hour lunch
• No weekends
