Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a national dealership covering the Kent area.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
- Competitive Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
- On-Target Earnings: £44,000
- Shifts: Flexible day or night shifts available:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays on call
- Nights: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays on call
- Company Van
- 33 Days Annual Leave, including Bank Holidays
- Pension Scheme & Life Assurance
- EV Training: IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance within the first 12 months
- Access to perks including discounted services, parts, and vehicle purchases
Duties:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- Provide technical advice and on-site support to customers.
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Service Technician.
- A valid UK driving licence with fewer than 9 points.
- Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and resilience.
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service and deliver results with minimal supervision.
The salary for this Mobile Vehicle Technician role is up to £35,000 basic with an OTE of £44,000.
The hours of work for this role are Flexible day or night shifts.
