The Events Co-ordinator role is perfect for a passionate and proactive individual ready to be on the front lines of discovery and turn great food ideas into reality. You will provide essential support to the Operations team, focusing on the seamless execution of our bookings.
The Events Co-ordinator will be instrumental in the planning, logistics, and on-site delivery for our key pillars: Fuel Street (pop-up residencies, parties, and pop-ups), Fuel Delivered (premium corporate deliveries) and you will support the launch and establishment of the new Fuel Concierge pillar in 2026.
This role provides a fast-paced environment that blends hands-on operational delivery with crucial planning support. You'll be actively helping to manage exciting, diverse food and beverage experiences and contributing to developing and driving what’s on offer to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities: Combining Passion with Practical Experience
Planning, Coordination, and Client Support
Logistics Coordinator: You’ll be responsible for managing all logistical elements for Fuel Street and Fuel Delivered bookings, ensuring all resources, partners, and schedules are aligned for successful events.
Quote & Proposal Support: You’ll be responsible for creating compelling, tailored proposals and quotes for incoming enquiries, helping to translate the client's vision into a deliverable plan whilst ensuring we’re hitting our commercial targets.
Discovery Support: Help keep a constant pulse on competitor activity and emerging market trends to inform the team's innovation strategy.
Salesforce Management: You’ll be operating using our bespoke CRM tool, Salesforce to manage enquiries, quotes and all financial data. You’ll be able to use data to analyse trends and you’ll be responsible for your enquiries from start to finish, capturing all data on Salesforce.
Hands-On Operational Excellence
Event Delivery: Be present on-site at Fuel events, ensuring smooth, high-quality, and memorable experiences for clients. This is a hands-on, non-remote delivery role.
Partner Liaison: You’ll build relationships with our portfolio of partners across the UK, ensuring you have the knowledge to represent them to our clients and be pro-active in securing them opportunities.
Content Capture: Work with the Creative Director to capture compelling content (images/video) on-site for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok), showcasing the experiences you help create.
Project Administration: Support project management activities from proposal administration through to invoice, ensuring timelines and budgets are tracked accurately.
