SENCO- The Role
In the heart of Tower Hamlets, a SEN School are on the hunt for a SENCO to starting ASAP. This is a temporary position for the perfect SENCO. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious SENCO who is keen to add value to an expanding their department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school! For this SENCO role, the school ideally would like someone with experience engaging with KS3/KS4 children and managing behaviour.

This school caters to 12 pupils between the ages of 11-18. This school is known to have an enthusiastic, positive environment for both staff and students alike. The school has strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport, using the Elizabeth line and Overground. Then a less than 10 minutes' walk directly to the school. As well as having easy bus routes if trains are not assessable.
