Crynodeb
Establish close collaborative working with Trust services, Social Care and other external partners and stakeholders such as the probation service, Police, housing, the voluntary and private sector To ensure effective and efficient deployment of resources. This will require ensuring the statutory responsibilities of the Trust are met along with identified performance targets. The Team manager is responsible for ensuring, supervision; training and development needs of the staff are identified and met. To supervise and monitor the clinical work of the team and to have a clinical remit as prescribed. A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
