Pleased to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join a well established and growing residential developer based in Kent. The business specialises in high volume house building, delivering large scale, multi phase projects and are looking for a commercially minded individual to add to their supportive and collaborative team to help oversee developments local to the office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage and update project budgets
- Monitor build costs against budget and forecast final costs
- Identify cost risks and opportunities early
- Prepare tender documents and specifications
- Obtain, review and negotiate subcontractor quotations
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms
- Assess completed works on site
- Risk management - ensure compliance with company procedures and legal standards
- Prepare and agree final accounts with subcontractors
The ideal candidate will live within 30 miles of the head office in Kent. COINS experience is essential.
