Exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to join a fantastic developer based in Kent. The developer undertakes Volume house building with projects 400+ units per phase and you would be an addition to a growing team and be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage and update project budgets
- Monitor build costs against budget and forecast final costs
- Identify cost risks and opportunities early
- Prepare tender documents and specifications
- Obtain, review and negotiate subcontractor quotations
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms
- Assess completed works on site
- Risk management - ensure compliance with company procedures and legal standards
- Prepare and agree final accounts with subcontractors
The ideal candidate will live within 30 miles of the head office in Kent. COINS experience is essential.
