A little about myself:
I am a young man living in Swansea. I have epilepsy, and physical and mental health conditions which affect my independence. I am looking for a PA to share duties or provide back-up to my existing PA.
I get good days and bad days, so duties may change. I would like to go out in the Community with my PA. I use a wheelchair and have my own car to transport, but I would need my PA to be able to lift the wheelchair into the car. It would also be helpful if my PA had a car in case I am not up to driving.
Driver required to take me out.
Male / female preferred.
Hours of work
13.5 hours per week (to share duties/provide back-up to existing PA)
Rate of pay
£13.13

I need you to:
• Be able to drive, and have a car;
• Be able to lift a wheelchair into my car;
