Hours: 07:30 - 17:45, Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Machine Operator / General Operative to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the Coventry area. This role is suited to someone with a strong hands-on background who is comfortable working in a production or engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery in line with job specifications and company procedures

Carrying out general operative duties including loading, unloading, and basic machine adjustments

Performing visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and routine tasks

Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
Requirements:

Proven experience as a machine operator is essential

Background in manufacturing, engineering, or similar environments

Good attention to detail and quality awareness

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
