We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our supportive school team. This role is essential in ensuring that pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime experience.
The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, you will:
• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground
• Encourage positive behaviour and safe play
• Support children with their meals where necessary
• Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and enjoyable environment
• Follow school policies on safeguarding, health, and safety
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
• Enjoy working with children
• Be calm, patient, and approachable
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Be reliable and able to follow school procedures
• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
