About the Role We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on web development, analytics, user experience, and performance optimisation.Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Content, and external partners, you will ensure BITC’s digital channels are high-performing, accessible, data-driven, and aligned with organisational priorities. This role is central to maintaining, innovating, and expanding our website as a key channel for member engagement and public awareness. Key Responsibilities We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital presence. You’ll ensure our website and digital channels are high-performing, accessible, data-driven, and aligned with organisational priorities. This role is central to improving UX, driving engagement, and supporting our mission. Key responsibilities Deliver digital and website projects that enhance UX, SEO and performance Manage and optimise our WordPress website, CMS, plugins, security and mobile performance Lead analytics and reporting (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Search Console) Provide clear insights on traffic, engagement, and conversion Implement SEO strategy and support teams with best practice Explore AI tools to strengthen efficiency and personalisation Support digital content, email campaigns, and asset creation Ensure GDPR, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA+), and digital governance compliance Act as digital lead for major campaigns and cross-team projectsAbout you Strong digital marketing and website management experience Confident using analytics tools and turning insights into action WordPress, SEO and CRO expertise Curious about emerging digital and AI trends Strong communicator with excellent project management skills Knowledge of responsible business or sustainability is desirable (training provided) Our Commitment to Diversity Business in the Community is actively seeking to recruit a diversity of talent.
