We are looking for motivated, caring, and compassionate people to join our support team in Sawston, Cambridgeshire. You will be delivering support to enhance three women's independence skills, whilst giving them choice and control over their own lives. This is a permanent opportunity working either 22.5 hrs or 37.5hrs per week.

Your role as our newest support worker is to support women to do the things that matter most to them. They would like to meet support workers who want to attend day centre twice a week, join in on weekly swimming sessions (you would need to feel comfortable in water), watch the latest films at the cinema and have beauty treatments with the occasional visit to relaxation rooms.

Your role as a Support Worker would include supporting people with their medication, supporting people we support to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry and you will help the people we support to shop for things they wish to buy including their clothes and food, and to prepare their meals as required. As a Support Worker you would be expected to support, encourage, and teach people to maintain personal and intimate care as required.

Shifts:

Be prepared to work flexibly. This could include working 7am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10pm with the flexibility to cover long days. You will be expected to commit to every other weekend (either one long day or 2 short days).
