Participate in regular MDT meetings and clinical supervision as required Promote evidence-based practice using the latest research-based guidelines and participate in practice-based research where appropriate. Provide a holistic service to patients, their families and carers, developing, where appropriate, an on-going plan of care/support, which includes advice on prevention and self-care. Promote health and well-being using health promotion, health education and therapeutic communication skills. Record contemporaneous, accurate consultation data in patients records in accordance with the latest NMC guidance and other pertinent standards.
