Responsibilities
Provide compassionate personal care to residents, respecting their dignity and independence.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Support the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices in elder care.
Qualifications
Proven experience in nursing care.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of care planning processes is preferred.
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
Respect for diverse religious backgrounds and cultural sensitivities.
Pay rate £11.37 under 21, £12.32 over 21 and £13.07 with a proven NVQ Level 3 certificate.
