Summary

Are you an experienced SENDCo looking for a new challenge in a supportive and inclusive educational environment? Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

As a SENDCo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students with special educational needs and disabilities receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualised education plans, adapt curricula, and coordinate specialised services.

We offer a competitive salary range of £51,773 to £57,137 per annum (Leadership 1 to 5), along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements, wellbeing support, and generous pension schemes.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in special education
- In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for empowering students with diverse needs to reach their full potential
