An exciting opportunity has arisen within Coventry for you to join a dynamic team committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual, with excellent communication and organisational skills as Partnership Manager. the post holder will work with highly skilled colleagues to support Coventry to link strategically with cross-sector initiatives and integrate with wider cross-sector place-based partnerships to ensure the service is able to respond to the development of work-streams addressing multiple and complex disadvantage.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hour per week
Salary: £44,471.72 to £46,683.60 per annum Dependent on experience (pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until end of Jan 2027
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the role:
Map, monitor and understand the local Integrated Care System (ICS) and related activity.
Map, monitor and understand the local Combating Drug Partnership (CDP) strategy and outcomes framework.
Lead and coordinate data analysis to feed into ICS and CDP developments
Take on project management of any partnership developments including partnership projects funded through additional funding grants December
Build and sustain healthy relationships with local partners and respond in a solution-focused way to challenges
Understand local variation in ICS/CDP developments and internal systems to provide local staff/teams with tailored advice and guidance, as needed, and be a single-point-of-contact regarding ICS/CDP.
Develop relationships with CDP and sub-groups, Primary Care
Networks including Clinical Directors, local place-based partnerships, Mental Health Transformation, Teams, Acute trusts and VCSE alliance.
Upskill staff and teams by providing information, advice, and guidance, that unpacks the complexities and enables services to integrate across criminal justice and the health and social care system.
Monitor, capture and report on all OHID grant funded activity and provide any overview update to Service(s) Manager and commissioner reporting.
Educate local leaders about the value of the service on a ‘human’ level and to recognise the purpose and benefits of integrated working.
About you:
Experience of working within substance misuse services
Experience working with vulnerable adults in a health and social care setting
Knowledge and understanding of the possible pathways available within the Health, Social Care and Voluntary sector.
Able to develop, design new methods and approaches to update practises and service delivery
Key project management skills and ability to set targets and meet key deadlines
Able to lead and embed a solution-focused approach to dealing with challenge and conflict in integrated working
Able to use a data driven approach to influence partnership relationships, improve service provision and to tell our story
Able to communicate (at many levels) performance using variety of data and demonstrate ability to summarise key outputs
Able to guide and support a culture that facilitates collaboration and learning
Excellent communicator who is open, listens and collaborates
Patience and compassion to work through complexity with both individuals/teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to situations as they occur
