What skills and experience we're looking for

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include planning for the learning needs of all students in assigned groups, preparing lessons which meet the learning needs of students and assessing formatively and summatively, recording and reporting on progress, monitoring progress against targets, and giving advice for improvement. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the process of monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum area/department in line with agreed school procedures, including evaluation against quality standards and performance criteria.
