Your new role
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative force behind customer communications that truly stands out.
- Design engaging visuals for external CRM platforms, ensuring every asset is pixel-perfect and on-brand.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and brand guardians to deliver email, MMS, and RCS campaigns that captivate audiences.
- Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to craft designs that elevate the customer experience.
- Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver impactful corporate communications.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in telco or other regulated industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing CRM campaign design for external platforms (email templates, lifecycle comms).
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Ability to create short-form, high-impact designs for email and messaging channels.
- Corporate design experience-no social media, just polished, professional comms.
