If you are looking for a new challenge, are passionate about delivering the very best high quality, safe, effective care in a high performing NHS Foundation Trust then this maybe the opportunity you have been waiting for.

We are looking for motivated staff with the Registered Nursing Associate Qualification, who will be a part of developing and driving our integrated approach to care, so that we can fully embrace and utilise theses benefits to provide the best outcomes for our patients.

Applicants will need to demonstrate their competency and experience in line with the person specification and will be required to work flexibly across a seven-day rota.

To provide direct clinical care to patients with identified specialist or complex needs.

To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and carry out a diverse range of duties, providing support to the nurse leadership, ensuring effective assessment, formulation, planning and monitoring of care.

Maintaining a positive and open attitude towards organisational change and service development.

To take personal responsibility for clinical supervision and continued professional development plan.

To actively promote the organisations values including kindness, teamwork, respect and learning.

To work to a defined shift pattern with a service responsible for the provision of care 24/7 365 days per year.

LSCFT values diversity and inclusion, recognising that talent from varied backgrounds creates a flexible, creative, and effective workforce. We actively challenge discrimination and welcome applications from all, regardless of age, disability (including those with experience of accessing or caring for someone who has accessed mental health or learning disability services), ethnicity, gender, religion, belief, or sexual orientation.

Our aim is to reflect the communities we serve, so we particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups. If you’d like to discuss your application, please ask.

We also welcome individuals with lived experience relevant to the role or service area, as your insight brings authenticity to our services.

LSCFT support flexible working, we believe that a positive work/life balance benefits NHS employees through improved health and wellbeing. We would consider working patterns such as term time, part time, compressed hours and flexi-time.
