The Role
You'll become part of a supportive and dedicated management team providing coaching and mentoring to our housing support services in Ellon and Maud.
As a Service Lead, you'll provide leadership to your two Lead Practitioners and our support teams, ensuring that the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential and live the life that they choose.

Your teams will support individuals to manage their own homes, increase and maintain their independence and encourage and support them with their social, health and wellbeing needs.

Excellent language and numeracy skills
Planning, organising and time management skills

A driving license and access to your own vehicle
Shift patterns
This is an off rota role where shift patterns will usually be worked Monday-Friday, however there may be occasions where we will need you to flexible to work evenings and weekends due to the needs of our services. On call duties will also be part of this role on a rotational basis.
