What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong clinical knowledge.
- Proven senior experience - Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or above.
- Confidence in leading teams, managing clinical standards, and ensuring compliance.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Previous involvement in CQC inspections or service improvement plans.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
- Support the Registered Manager with governance, compliance and development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional, safe practice.
- Oversee clinical standards, safeguarding, medication management, and care planning.
- Work supernumerary while also completing one clinical shift per week to stay hands-on.
- Coordinate with families, professionals, and internal teams
