What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong clinical knowledge.
  • Proven senior experience - Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or above.
  • Confidence in leading teams, managing clinical standards, and ensuring compliance.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Previous involvement in CQC inspections or service improvement plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Support the Registered Manager with governance, compliance and development.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional, safe practice.
  • Oversee clinical standards, safeguarding, medication management, and care planning.
  • Work supernumerary while also completing one clinical shift per week to stay hands-on.
  • Coordinate with families, professionals, and internal teams
