Job Description – Finance Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will provide essential transactional and administrative support across financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Process purchase invoices, raise purchase orders, and manage the finance administration email.

Reconcile supplier statements, raise sales invoices, and chase outstanding payments.

Maintain cashbook records, banking receipts, and support month-end processes.

Assist with internal and external audits and general clerical support.

Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve finance-related queries.

Required Skills
Proficient in finance administration, accounting software, and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial transactions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.

Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Equivalent professional qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) are also acceptable.

Additional Requirements
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare (enhanced DBS required).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and support ad hoc queries as needed.
