What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone with significant experience in administration, payroll or business support roles who can help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our area office.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and confident working independently. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role will involve working closely with managers, staff, families and external stakeholders.
Experience with IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, Nourish, iTrent, Careshield or rota planning systems would be highly beneficial. You will also need strong minute-taking skills, particularly for formal meetings such as investigations, disciplinary hearings and management meetings.

What to ExpectAs an Area Administration Manager, you will act as a central point of coordination for managers and teams across the locality.
Your role will include supporting office operations, managing communications and enquiries, coordinating meetings and maintaining records. You will also support payroll and workforce administration, process starters and leavers, coordinate DBS and compliance checks, and assist with purchasing and financial administration.
In addition, you will support audits, reporting and compliance processes, helping ensure that regulatory, statutory and organisational requirements are met.
