What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• Be a practicing Catholic, who has a strong Catholic faith, with a clear understanding of leadership in a Catholic School, able to nurture faith and spirituality in others
• Enable every child to realise their full potential
• Be enthused to work within an inclusive environment, which provides a broad and rich curriculum for every pupil

• Promote the highest aspirations and expectations of learning and behaviour for all pupils

• Nurture the strong, caring Catholic ethos of our school
• Have highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to enthuse, guide and empower colleagues and pupils
