Here, you're not just another number - you're a key part of a collaborative team that values initiative, integrity, and the ambition to do things the right way.

What's in it for you

  • Competitive salary aligned to experience

  • Close-knit team culture where your voice matters
  • Genuine progression opportunities as the business grows
  • Pride in creating well-crafted homes for local communities

What you'll do

With responsibility across multiple developments, you'll ensure strong commercial control and smooth delivery throughout each build process:

  • Manage costs and budgets from land handover through to completion
  • Procure subcontractors, prepare tender packages and negotiate best value
  • Review, assess and process subcontractor applications and variations
  • Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cashflow for senior management
  • Work closely with Site Management to maintain progress and quality
  • Support strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and consultants

  • Experience within UK residential development - ideally low-volume / traditional build
  • Strong commercial and cost-management skills
