Senior Business Analyst/Business Architect to join our Delivery Team. The team is integral to driving organisational success by
ensuring the effective delivery of value aligned with PayPlan’s strategic objectives. Applying its expertise to implement change
that enables the organisation and its people to embrace and adopt new systems, processes, and behaviours. Through this approach,
the Delivery Team supports the achievement of strategic goals and fosters sustainable growth.
What would you be doing as a Senior Business Analyst/Business architect here at PayPlan?
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing PayPlan’s business architecture, ensuring a robust foundation
for the successful execution of our long-term strategy. You’ll lead workshops, define processes, and design business architecture
that supports PayPlan’s long-term strategy. Working closely with stakeholders, technical leads, and development teams to
translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

As a Senior Business Analyst/Business architect here at PayPlan you will:
* Design target state business architecture (value creation plan, capability map, operating model, value streams, business
services model).
* Collaborate with business functions to clarify strategy and support target state design.
* Lead stakeholder analysis and translate objectives into clear business and functional requirements.
* Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and process definition.
* Work with technical teams to shape scalable, efficient technology solutions.
* Support testing and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
* Monitor and report on risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and stakeholders.
* Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
About You:
Essential:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
* Minimum 3 years expertise in business process modelling and enterprise architecture.
* Experience designing organisation-wide business architecture aligned with strategy.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Confident leading workshops and discussions with diverse stakeholders.
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
* Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile methodologies.
