Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable labourer o join our team on a refurbishment project in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to support the smooth progress of the project.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:-
Carrying out general repair and maintenance works on site
-
Assisting with basic carpentry, painting, and decorating tasks
-
Installing fixtures, fittings, and minor joinery work as required
-
Supporting trades on site with various tasks during the refurbishment
-
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe
-
Performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs (where qualified)

Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:-
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Own basic tools and PPE
-
CSCS card preferred but not essential
