We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager with a strong background in cladding systems and firestopping works. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all site activities related to cladding installation and firestopping works.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on cladding and firestopping installations.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with a focus on cladding and firestopping.
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and building envelope systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
