About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to drive growth and profitability through smart commercial strategy, strong stakeholder management, and disciplined performance reporting. You’ll lead commercial planning, negotiate key agreements, and support senior management with insight on market opportunities and risks.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise revenue and market share.
Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
Monitor budgets, forecast revenue, and analyse commercial performance to inform decision-making and improve profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support business growth and long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research, identify trends, and prepare reports on commercial performance, opportunities, and risks for senior management.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a commercial management role (e.g., Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Lead).
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and commercial terms.
Confident with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting (strong Excel/BI skills are a plus).
Ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
