Summary

Core Group is Hiring – Site Manager

Location: Slough
Project: Commercial building (office block) conversion into apartments
Start: 15th January
Duration: ~4 months +
Pay: £280/day

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with strong skills in finishing works, snagging, and quality control to take a project through its final stages.

Requirements:

• Proven Site Manager experience on residential/commercial projects

  
  

• Strong finishing & snagging experience

  
  

• Good leadership, communication, and H&S awareness

  
  

• SSSTS & valid CSCS (preferred)

  
  

• First Aid (preferred)

  
  

• Own PPE

  
  

  Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors

    
    

  • Oversee finishing works and snag resolution

    
    

  • Maintain programme and quality standards

    
    

  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently
