Crynodeb
We're seeking an Inclusion and SEND Strategy Lead to build on the strong foundations of inclusive practice across SEEAT's nine schools.
You'll lead on Trust-wide strategy, training, and development, supporting school leaders to drive inclusive teaching and raise outcomes for every learner.
This 0.4 FTE post can be structured flexibly across 2 or 3 days per week, offering a perfect balance between professional challenge and personal flexibility.
You'll hold QTS, have strong SEND expertise, and bring a track record of driving improvement through collaboration and innovation. You'll also have access to a defined career progression pathway, including Trust and regional leadership opportunities.
Travel across schools will be required, with the central base at The Deanes.
