Inclusion is at the heart of SEEAT's mission. We've achieved a great deal across our nine schools, but we're determined to go further and to make inclusion the foundation of every classroom experience.
We're looking for an Inclusion Lead to champion equity across the Trust.
Based primarily at The Deanes (20 minutes from London Southend Airport) but with regular visits across all school is an exciting part of the role coupled with being an integral support for SENCo's, all sharing a vision and goal which we all believe in.
You'll support our schools to raise attainment for pupils with SEND, EAL and disadvantage, while empowering staff to embed inclusive practice.
This part-time position (0.4 FTE) is fully flexible. You can choose to work 2 or 3 days per week depending on your circumstances. It's ideal for an experienced inclusion leader seeking variety, balance, and a chance to make a lasting impact.
You'll be a qualified teacher with a SEND leadership qualification and proven ability to influence school improvement. You'll work collaboratively with our Executive Team and Trustees to drive positive change across all schools.
We also offer clear pathways for career progression, including opportunities to grow into senior Trust or leadership positions.
