Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the UK curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning and development
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative school community

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant HLTA qualifications and experience
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and best practices in teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of a diverse student population
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
