Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for the innovation and design of education and training, managing the coordination and delivery of Trust-wide management and leadership education programmes. This includes, but is not limited to, communication skills training, appraisal training, and other development initiatives aligned to the national Management and Leadership Framework and its associated competency requirements, The NHS Expectations of Line Managers, the NHS People Promise and People Plan ,and the new NHS 10 year plan. These programmes will be delivered to all NHS staff across the organisation, encompassing both patient-facing and nonpatient-facing roles.
