We’re searching for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our new flagship Jamie’s Italian restaurant, opening in Leicester Square in early 2026.
As Head Chef, you’ll combine creativity, leadership, and precision to bring Jamie’s food philosophy to life. You’ll oversee a large kitchen team, deliver exceptional food standards, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is cooked with care, passion, and pride.
About the Role
- Lead, motivate, and develop your brigade in a fast-paced, multi-floor kitchen.
- Maintain the highest standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
- Manage kitchen costs, stock, and waste to achieve financial targets.
- Work closely with the General Manager to deliver flawless service and guest satisfaction.
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant.
- A hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and inspires others.
- Passionate about fresh ingredients, authentic cooking, and Italian flavours.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and standards.
