As part of the culinary team, you will showcase your craft in an open‑plan kitchen, preparing exquisite dishes for an elite clientele that includes celebrities, VIPs, and senior executives from some of the world’s leading corporations.

Head Chef Requirements:
• A highly organised, passionate and hands on head chef who would thrive working in an open plan kitchen within an intimate dining setting.
• The successful Head chef must have experience working with high end Spanish cuisine previously. A minimum expectation would be a head chef that is passionate about Spanish ingredients and authentic Spanish cooking!
• All head chef applicants must have great personable skills, their company ethos is all about training and developing their staff!
• A head chef who can influence/write/cost menus!
